THE MALAYSIA AIKIDO ASSOCIATION 11^th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 11^th Annual General Meeting (under the Sports Development Act 1997) of the Malaysia Aikido Association will be held as follows:

Date: 29^th August 2021 (Sunday)

Time: 3.00 pm

Venue: Virtual AGM via Google Meet: https://meet.google.com/qkk-wxgw-qoy

AGENDA

1. President’s Welcome Speech.
2. To receive and adopt minutes of the 10^th Annual General Meeting held on 28^th April 2019.
3. To receive and adopt the Annual Report of the Management Committee for 2020.
4. To receive and adopt the Hon. Treasurer’s Report and the Audited Accounts of the Association for the year ending 31^st December 2020.
5. To elect new Association Management Committee.
6. To consider and adopt any resolutions.
7. To deal with such other matters as may be put before it.

CALLING FOR RESOLUTIONS

Any member desirous of moving any resolution at the Annual General Meeting shall give in writing, duly proposed and seconded thereof, to the Hon.Gen.Secretary not later than 12.00 noon Saturday, the 14^th August 2021.
